Before you read this book, I just wanted to say that I am currently in the process of rewriting this story. Changes, whether they are big or small will be applied and things will most likely be cut.
I am looking towards making this story more consistent since its not evident in the first draft. I hope that you will continue to support this story nevertheless of the changes made.

Prologue
"She's here! We've found her!"
The girls parents came racing over to the river bank that separated the two werewolf packs.
"She's not breathing! Why isn't she breathing?!"
The man pushed the woman out of the way gently and leaned down to check the young girls breathing. He put one hand on the girl's chest and started compression.
He checked the girl's breathing again and continued with compression.
The girls started to cough up river water. The man pulled her swiftly to her side so that she could expel the rest of the water out through her mouth.
"Oh, honey!" the woman gathered the girl up in her arms and squeezed.
The girl looked around disorientated. There were strange men and men from her own pack standing around her.
"What happened?" She murmured.
The woman looked down at her daughter with tears flowing down her face.
"You nearly died."
