Yes, you delightful reader! You who has taken on the journey along with our merry band of misfits. You conquered the turning of pages and faced all the adversities right along Ember and the crew!
I want to say a very heartfelt thank you! While Im not sure what that means in the grand scheme of things, I'm completely humbled that so many of you have come along with me.
I used this platform to write something different. I didn't want my main character to always be the weak link. To always have to depend on everyone else. And there aren't always happy endings.
In my task of doing this, I created something wonderful. A family of friends with all shades of backgrounds that come together when needed and do what has to be done.
Ive done my best to connect you to each character's backgrounds. I want you to be able to instantly recall all the things that make them, well them! Why they tick the way they do.
I also wanted to show you not all villians are utterly evil. Some really are the results of their tragedies and can be saved...sometimes in the most unlikely of ways.
Bottom line is you dont have to be perfect. Far from it actually. Everything you've ever been through is but a stepping stone. A stepping stone on the path of who you will be. You don't have to let one moment define you. One bad choice rule your world.
Redemption is what you make it. I hope I clearly expressed these ideals so far in our story. I hope you have a character that you connect with. I hope as you watch them grow and evolve, you know it's entirely possible for you too.
Everyone has a choice. Choose wisely. ❤️
On another note, Im currently brainstorming book 4 as well and would love some suggestions on new characters to bring in. Families are constantly growing!
Im looking for things that are not normally in the spotlight. I love a good twist on an old classic. Id love to hear your suggestions! You all are my biggest inspiration!
